Support for whānau – what can you expect

We want to work closely with whānau to achieve a more holistic and ākonga focused curriculum for ākonga. In order to do this, we need to ensure that we engage with whānau regularly, consistently and openly.

Communication with our whānau is important, and you can expect to hear from the Ministry on engaging with you to collaboratively design and refresh Te Marautanga o Aotearoa together.

We will be in touch over the coming months on what this could look like. We will also be communicating with kura to ensure that messaging reaches whānau as well.
