Timing and approach
Me whai hoki i ngā ara ahurei mō te whakahou i te Marau ā-Motu mā te mahi tahi me ngā kaiako, ngā kura, ngā whānau, ngā iwi me ngā hapori ā-rohe.
The refresh will build on the work the Ministry has been doing with kura, whānau, sector experts and local communities over the past 18 months. It will be phased over four to five years, starting with new content on Te Takanga o te Wā (Aotearoa New Zealand’s Histories).
The draft curriculum for Te Takanga o te Wā informs what the changes to Te Marautanga o Aotearoa could look like.
